How it works
One sentence in. Verified matches out.
Eleanor listens. A deterministic engine scores. You see exactly why every warehouse made your list. Scroll the whole flow.
01 / The sentence
You write a sentence.
I ship 40,000 orders a month of refrigerated snacks to both coasts.
No procurement forms. No RFP templates. Plain language is the whole interface.
02 / Eleanor thinks
Loose words become hard requirements.
Structured filters
- Volume40,000 / mo
- RegionsWest + East
- Cold chainRequired
- TimelineThis quarter
Eleanor reads volume, region, handling, and timeline out of your sentence and pins each one down. You confirm. The engine takes it from there.
03 / The engine scores
Relevance outweighs reputation.
A deterministic engine, not a model guessing. Fixed scoring rules across every subscribed provider that clears verification: same inputs, same ranking, every time. Every result shows why it matched, and no one can pay their way up the list.
Relative weights, never numeric scores. You see the evidence, not a number.
04 / You connect
Matches in minutes, not days.

Request quotes. Message warehouses. Compare side by side.
Minutes after your first sentence, while a traditional RFP is still a blank document.

Verification you can inspect
Match quality is the product. These are the mechanisms that protect it.
Source-backed claims
Capability claims are shown with their source and provenance where available: certifications, facility pages, service listings. An unsourced claim is marked pending and never becomes a hard-match filter.
Google trust signals
Reviews, business listings, longevity. Each provider's public Google footprint feeds in as an independent trust input you can inspect on the profile.
Badges are earned
Verified Business is the onboarding gate. Performance badges like Trusted Provider, Top Performer, and Fast Responder appear after enough on-platform history — no provider can buy one.

Two minutes, first sentence to ranked shortlist. Then run it yourself.
Questions, answered straight
Does Eleanor decide the matches?
No. Eleanor runs the conversation: she reads what you ship and structures it into a sourcing profile. A deterministic engine does the matching with fixed scoring rules. Same inputs, same results, every time.
Can warehouses pay to rank higher?
No. Paid placement never changes Match Score. Featured visibility is separate and must clear relevance, verification, and subscription gates. A provider that fits your requirements outranks one that does not, regardless of what either pays.
How are warehouses verified?
A 3PL must subscribe and pass business and profile verification before it can appear in buyer search. Outreach records never show in results until onboarding is complete. Capability claims carry their sources, and Google trust signals add an independent layer.
What does the match score mean?
Fit, not quality. The match score weighs geography, capacity, services, and performance against your brief, and every score ships with its reasons attached. A 94 means the building fits what you ship, not that it outranks the market. The Provider Quality Score grades the provider itself: verification, performance, response history. Badges are earned, never bought.
What does it cost to start?
Shippers start free: search the network, see ranked matches, talk to Eleanor. 3PL Warehousing Providers list from a paid plan sized to their footprint. The pricing page has both.
How fast is a match?
When subscribed providers fit your brief, your shortlist appears in the same workflow — minutes, not days. If coverage is thin, Eleanor flags the gap instead of inventing matches. Quotes and replies move inside the platform from there, no callbacks required.
