Show the provider your packaging standard and ask for a sample packout. Check how fragile pieces are protected and how damage is documented.
Separate parcel from freight
Give each finalist your product dimensions and order mix. Agree which orders leave as parcels and which need palletized freight, with the charges stated separately.
Include the delivery handoff
Name the retailers and receiving requirements. Confirm who books appointments. Ask how the provider handles a refused or damaged delivery.
