Read what a badge or trophy represents. Recognition does not replace your operational checks.
Eligibility and fit are different.
An active provider plan is an eligibility requirement, not a promise of a match. Use the provider details and your own requirements to judge suitability.
A match is a starting point.
Eleanor works from the requirements and provider information available for your search. Inspect the match reasons and follow up on missing details. A fit score is not an audit of the business or a confirmation of available space.
Access follows your account.
Private workspace requests use your signed-in session and account permissions. Your company membership and role determine which company data and actions you can access.
Use Settings for account export and deletion requests. The Privacy Policy describes the data included and what remains in shared conversations.

How are providers verified?
Business identity and facility status are reviewed before search eligibility. Confirm the services and supporting documents needed for your specific operation with the provider.
Does a provider plan guarantee a match?
No. A plan is part of search eligibility. It does not guarantee that the provider meets your requirements or has space available.
What does the match score mean?
It is a fit signal for the information available in that search. Read the reasons, check missing information and confirm material details before committing freight.
What if I can't find the right facility?
Recheck the requirements you supplied and decide which are flexible. Don't treat an empty result as a reason to drop a safety or handling requirement. You may need to look beyond the available matches.
